Job summary

Allergan is seeking a Data Science professional responsible for ensuring successful delivery against the program and study-level accountabilities assigned to Data and Statistical Sciences. The role demands the development of common data standards and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of clinical technology experience, supporting the integration of new clinical systems and leading team initiatives for innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical technology experience or 7+ years in a similar technical or clinical development role.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, CDASH, and SDTM.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops common data standards for clinical trial systems.
• Ensures delivery of new clinical systems and integrates them effectively.
• Coaches and mentors team members to enhance their skills.
