Velocity Clinical Research, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to join the Clinical Operations Team. You will assist with data collection, documentation, phlebotomy, data entry, and administrative tasks across trials in Nebraska.

Responsibilities include performing venipuncture within protocol scope, maintaining study records, coordinating with sponsors and vendors, and ensuring compliant data handling. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical degree required.
• Phlebotomy licensure may be required by state law.
• Strong MS Office and basic data-entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conduct of clinical trials per protocol, GCP, ICH guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform venipuncture, capillary puncture, and other specimen collection.
• Under supervision, perform clinical assessments (vital signs, ECG) within protocol and regulations.
• Process, package and ship laboratory specimens per protocol and IATA regulations.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory and study supplies throughout the trial.
• Enter source data into sponsor/vendor data portal and resolve basic queries.
• Communicate with study team, sponsors, CROs, and vendors as directed.
• Understand and follow good documentation practices for data capture and transfer.
