Job summary

Centricity Research Rincon is seeking a Clinical Screening Coordinator to lead recruitment initiatives and ensure high-quality patient enrollment in alignment with Centricity Research guidelines.

This on-site role offers an hourly wage of $21.00-$23.00 and eligibility for incentive compensation. You will screen patients for participation, manage recruitment tracking, and support sites to optimize enrollment through outreach and CTMS/EMR use.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, research, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with CTMS/EMR systems or willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment and retention initiatives with Site Manager.
• Screen patients for eligibility per study protocols.
• Maintain database of ad callers.
• Respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours.
• Complete recruitment tracking log and systems.
• Attend community events to promote studies.
• Obtain informed consent and screening visits per SOP.
