Job summary

ProPharma Group is seeking a GoClinical Project Coordinator to manage CTMS and GoClinical details, coordinate site communications, and oversee logistics for decentralized visits. The role requires 2+ years in clinical study or related healthcare experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

The successful candidate will work in a remote/hybrid setup with emphasis on organization and proactive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and guidelines.
• Competent with standard business procedures and SOPs.
• Well organized with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update study details in CTMS and GoClinical.
• Serve as point of contact for day-to-day site communications and document submissions.
• Coordinate shipping, tracking logistics, and source document management.
• Assist with study documents and training material as requested.
• Attend KOMs and sponsor/SC/central lab communications as assigned.
• Support visits coordination, scheduling, and courier bookings.
• Assist with audits of CTMS and GoClinical and study closeout activities.
