Job summary

ERG is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support clinical trials in Rogers, AR. You will oversee the care of trial subjects on unit, assist with sample collection, venipuncture, ECGs, labeling tubes, and sample processing under physician orders.

Following GCP, ICH guidelines, HIPAA rules, and site SOPs, you’ll maintain a clean, safe environment and engage subjects in activities while supporting documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with providers and staff.
• Medical terminology knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care of trial subjects on unit per physician orders.
• Perform vital signs, blood collection, ECGs, and point-of-care tests.
• Prepare specimen tubes, label samples, and manage processing.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and shipping of specimens.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and accurate documentation.
• Engage subjects in activities and provide for basic needs.
