Job summary

Shattuck Labs in Durham, NC is seeking a Clinical Trials Associate to support study start-up through close-out. You will manage trial documents, TMFs, and CRO payments while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare and at least 2 years of industry experience in clinical operations. Strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal study teams in study operations, CRO/vendor oversight, and study tracking.
• Support clinical study documentation preparation, tracking and maintenance.
• Maintain TMFs and study documentation per regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Support study finances, e.g., investigator payments, CRO payments tracking.
• Develop Clinical Study Report appendices with oversight from the Clinical Study Lead.
• Assist with data review and data cleaning.
• Coordinate trial logistics with CROs, track supplies, samples, and drug.
• Maintain study team lists and vendor contacts.
• Ensure training tracking and access management for study systems.
• Work with teams to identify risks and contingency plans.
• Attend trial meetings and document minutes.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP and company policies.
