Job summary

UF Health is seeking a Research Coordinator (RN) to manage all aspects of clinical trial coordination, ensure nursing quality for research participants, and collaborate with modality supervisors on imaging protocol implementation and patient services.

You will recruit and retain participants, screen and interview, maintain case report forms, review internal protocols, ensure regulatory documentation and IRB submissions are completed promptly, and monitor safety reporting.

Qualifications

• 2 years nursing experience required.
• Experience entering data into systems such as Rave and DataTrak preferred (up to 1 year).
• Ability to perform EKGs, phlebotomy, spin blood, prepare specimens for shipping; transport of biological materials certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, recruit, and monitor participant recruitment and retention procedures.
• Interpret and implement protocol procedures and policy.
• Screen and interview study participants; review lab and procedure results.
• Maintain case report forms, charts and documentation.
• Review protocols from other departments with radiology services and prepare responses.
• Dispense medication and maintain records.
• Ensure timely adverse event reporting.
• Maintain FDA-m mandated regulatory documents.
• Assist/prepare IRB submissions and reports.
