Job summary

Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP II or PA II) for NIH/NIAID in Bethesda, MD. This part-time role supports CRD clinical research initiatives and external collaborations, with 32 hours per week on-site at NIH Campus.

The position requires NP or PA certification, two years of progressive experience, and strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and GCP; Maryland licensed or eligible applications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and two years NP/PA experience.
• Certified NP or PA with MD licensure eligibility in the US.
• ARC-PA/NCCPA certification required; Maryland license eligibility.
• On-site Bethesda location with possible telework per protocol.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the attending physician for patient care.
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and document findings.
• Assist with informed consent and protocol enrollment with the PI.
• Coordinate referrals and manage trial-related communications.
• Contribute to protocol development, data collection, and sample handling.
