Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or four years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Physician Assistant must be graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and NCCPA certified; Maryland license eligibility.
• Nurse Practitioner must hold active Maryland nurse license and national certification; Maryland license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Explain care management and discharge plans to the care team at sign-out.
• Collaborate with attending physicians to provide protocol-driven care.
• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and document findings per standards.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure care continuity across NIH Clinical Center and outside providers.
• Obtain consent for clinical trial enrollment and assist with data collection and sample processing.
