Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or clinical field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a medical or clinical setting.
• 5 years of clinical research experience.
• 2 years of clinical research management experience.
• CCRC or CCRP within 6 months of hire; BLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise coordination of Phase II, III and IV and investigator initiated trials.
• Oversee retrospective analysis of clinical data.
• Plan and schedule the work of others and provide vision and leadership.
• Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment.
• Look for ways to improve the patient experience.
