Ideal candidates have a science/clinical degree, CCRP/CCRC within 6 months, BLS, and at least 5 years in clinical settings and 5 years in clinical research. Excellent communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualificações

CCRC or CCRP certification required within 6 months of hire.
Basic Life Support within 6 months of hire.
5 years of experience in a medical or clinical setting.
5 years of experience in clinical research.
2 years of experience in clinical research management.
Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Strong process orientation.
Detail oriented, logical, and methodological approach to problem solving.

Your Job: The Clinical Research Trial Manager professional to perform medium level supervision of the coordination of Phase II, III and IV, investigator initiated trials (IITs), and retrospective analysis of clinical data.. Supports and promotes the vision, mission, and strategic plans of Methodist Health System

Job Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Clinical Field (preferred)
Medical Assistant, Nurse’s Aide, LVN, or RN (preferred)
CCRC or CCRP (required within 6 months of hire)
Basic Life Support within 6 months of hire date (required)
5 years of experience in a medical or clinical setting (required)
5 years of experience in clinical research (required)
2 years of experience in clinical research management
Firm knowledge of computer skills (required)
Very strong proficiency using Microsoft Office products
Superior oral and written communication skills
Strong process orientation
Detail oriented, logical, and methodological approach to problem solving
Ability to provide vision and leadership
Ability to plan and schedule the work of others
Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment
