Job summary

Medpace is seeking an office-based Intern to join the Feasibility and Proposals team for Spring 2027. This role supports regulatory and proposal activities and provides administrative assistance.

The internship requires a high school diploma or equivalent and progress toward a Life Sciences Bachelor's degree, with fluency in English and strong MS Office skills. This is an on-site opportunity at our Cincinnati, OH location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in progress in Life Sciences.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform day-to-day departmental support activities (shipping, archiving, filing, meeting minutes).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain database systems and to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with ICH-GCP guidelines, industry regulations, and Medpace systems.
• Provide day to day departmental support activities (site outreach, PowerPoint development, proposal finalization and delivery).
• Coordinate and provide summary for departmental meetings/conference calls as needed.
• Maintain databases/spreadsheets and compile reports for tracking activities.
• Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
