Job summary

4C Medical Technologies is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide essential coordination across Clinical Operations. You will manage site regulatory and personnel documents, device and trial materials, and payments, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.

The role requires 2–5 years in clinical research, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with sites, vendors, and internal teams, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in clinical research, trials, or FDA-regulated healthcare.
• Working knowledge of clinical trial documentation requirements and operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Clear communication skills and ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Independently track and maintain site regulatory documentation and reporting.
• Maintain site personnel documents: CVs, trainings, credentials for study staff.
• Oversee investigational device accountability and trial procedure documents.
• Coordinate payments, invoices, and vendor compensation for sites and labs.
• Support device and trial materials shipments, tracking, and returns.
• Assist in investigator meetings, training, and travel logistics.
• Ensure audit-ready study files and provide cross-coverage as needed.
