MedStar Health Research Institute in Washington, D.C. is recruiting several experienced Clinical Research Coordinators to implement and coordinate research and administrative procedures for successful clinical trial management.

You will perform diverse duties requiring analysis, sound judgment, and knowledge of study protocols. Responsibilities include coordinating trials from start-up to close-out, leading recruitment and informed consent, managing regulatory submissions, maintaining study data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or allied health/related degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of clinical research experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Undergraduate/work experience showing aptitude for research facilitation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials from start-up through close-out with protocol/sponsor compliance.
• Lead recruitment and informed consent, coordinate visits and assessments, support safety.
• Coordinate IRB submissions, study docs, delegation, and adverse event reporting.
• Maintain accurate study data and enter into the CTMS within timelines.
• Oversee laboratory testing, biospecimen handling, and equipment/supplies per protocol.
• Collaborate across teams with participants, investigators, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare pros.
