Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is offering an Intern position designed for Juniors, Seniors or post-graduate students in clinical research. You will provide administrative and project training support to the clinical project team, ensuring tasks are performed timely and accurately.

This paid internship develops hands-on experience with project delivery services, document control, and collaboration across project managers, CRAs and the trial master file.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a Clinical Research program.
• Enrollment at an accredited university.
• No prior internship experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned projects based on the Intern role.
• Complete assessments in between each assigned Project and a final assessment.
• Arrange and track system access for project team.
• Maintain quality audit checks to ensure latest revisions on project portals.
• Assist with preparation and shipment of clinical trial documentation.
• Maintain version and quality control of project documentation and submit to the trial master file.
• Assist with tracking and maintenance of project-related information.
