Job summary

The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and collaborate across clinicians and researchers. Requires a Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience and strong Excel/Oracle skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of applicable experience, or combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar accounting systems and reporting workflows.
• Experience with OMB Uniform Guidance and related compliance concepts.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounting transactions and summarize financial position at unit or org level.
• Capture, track, and report revenue and expenses; oversee complex accounts.
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses focusing on variances from budget.
• Maintain accounting controls and document area procedures.
• Run financial reports and management information dashboards.
• Support change management and project initiatives within the unit.
