Phlebotomy or specimen processing experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Two years experience in clinical or research laboratory setting.
- Associate's or higher degree in a related field preferred; substitutions allowed with experience.
- Experience in documentation, data entry, shipping/receiving, lab support or quality control preferred.
- Phlebotomy or specimen processing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform biological specimen collection and processing per protocol.
- Process and store specimens with accurate labeling and data entry.
- Maintain specimen integrity per temperature and handling requirements.
- Assist with troubleshooting specimen-related issues and protocol deviations.
- Follow regulatory guidelines and maintain thorough records for audits.
