Medpace is a leading CRO seeking a full-time, office-based Project Coordinator to join our Clinical Trial Management team. You will engage in day-to-day trial management, collaborate with the CTM, and produce status reports while coordinating sponsor/site interactions.

The role includes a 4-6 week training program with virtual and hands-on learning, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a global company.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a health/life sciences field.
• Prior experience as a Study Coordinator or within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent computer (word-processing, databases, Excel, Windows) and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Engage in clinical trial management on a day to day level.
• Work closely with the project CTM for timely delivery of tasks with high accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports.
• Interact with the Sponsor, study sites, and internal associates.
• Provide oversight and quality control of internal regulatory filing system.
• Manage study supplies.
• Create and maintain project timelines; coordinate project meetings and produce meeting minutes.
