Our client is seeking a Clinical Trial Proctor Consultant to support a decentralized clinical trial focused on at-home COVID and flu testing. The study aims to enroll 700–1,000 participants, and this consultant's role will be to virtually guide and observe participants as they perform a self-administered nasal swab and diagnostic test, ensuring proper protocol is followed.

Responsibilities:

• Virtually proctor participant test sessions (~1 hour each)
• Instruct participants on which test of the two to perform first
• Read a usability script to the participant
• Observe participants as they complete the COVID/flu test and package samples for shipment to a lab
• Complete Case Report Forms (CRFs) including basic demographic data
• Ensure protocol adherence and document any deviations or issues

Qualifications:

• Clinical or research experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Fluent in Spanish (MUST)
