Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in clinical trials or decentralized programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with comfort in leading training sessions.
• Proficient with remote coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new pharmacy sites on trial workflows.
• Coordinate with trial sponsors for smooth referrals.
• Monitor site-level metrics and performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and GCP standards.
