Tennessee Oncology in Nashville is seeking a Clinical Trial Specialist I to assist the research team in coordinating approval processes and conducting protocols in full compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines, federal and sponsor regulations.

You will manage day-to-day trial operations, lead cross-functional study teams, verify patient eligibility, monitor visits, maintain study documentation, and communicate timelines and updates to investigators and sponsors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical trials.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Phase I–IV clinical protocols per GCP/ICH.
• Lead cross-functional study teams and coordinate with vendors and other departments.
• Provide second eligibility check after review by research nurse.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits and regular monitoring visits.
• Maintain informed consent records and study documents throughout the trial.
• Update study timelines, patient statuses, and trial details to PI and sponsor.
