Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Clinical Trials Support professional to assist in the execution, conduct, and closeout of clinical studies in compliance with the Investigational Plan and applicable regulations. This role reports to the Director, Clinical Operations / Sr.

Clinical Trial Manager and collaborates across CTM teams to ensure study integrity. Ideal candidates hold a health/science degree with at least 3 years of trial experience, strong GCP knowledge, and proficiency in medical terminology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a health profession or science; advanced degree a plus.
At least 3 years of ongoing clinical trials experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in GCPs and FDA regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Travel may be required (minimal).

Responsibilities

Collaborates with CTM/Sr. CTM on planning, protocol development, CRF development, and site documentation.
Ensures compliance with FDA and international regulatory requirements and SOPs during investigations.
Communicates with clinical trial sites regarding conduct, monitoring, logistics, and study visits.
Helps track payments and invoices for studies.
Provides operational support to ensure cross-functional systems run smoothly.
Collaborates with R&D, Regulatory, Safety, and Quality/Compliance teams.
Prepares administrative documents for TMFs and study start-up activities.
Assists in presenting clinical information for specific projects.
Works on moderately to highly complex projects requiring judgment and flexibility.
