Job summary

Tandem Clinical Research is seeking a Sub-Investigator to join our clinical trial team. As an advanced practice medical professional, you will conduct physical exams, interpret labs, oversee patient health, and perform essential procedures while collaborating with other clinicians.

You will provide direct medical care and education to patients and contribute to advancing clinical knowledge through research and collaboration. Licensure as an NP or PA is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting with patient care focus.
• Strong phlebotomy and IV infusion skills demonstrated.
• Ability to monitor patient safety and respond to adverse events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with patients/families.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and assess medical histories in a clinical trial setting.
• Interpret lab results and monitor patient health to guide decisions.
• Oversee patient health and protocol compliance throughout the trial.
• Educate patients and families on trial processes, risks, and treatments.
• Administer medications and oversee investigational product administration.
• Perform venipuncture and IV infusion as required.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and ensure patient well‑being during/after procedures.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigator and trial team to execute protocols.
• Ensure proper documentation of clinical data per regulatory standards.
• Maintain clear communication with healthcare professionals for integrated care.
