Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 1+ years' experience in healthcare or related field with hands-on clinical tasks (vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer clinical trials to support patient enrollment with safety as a priority.
• Develop and execute enrollment plans for studies to meet goals and timelines.
• Screen potential participants and enroll eligible patients into studies.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy in source documents, CTMS, and eCRFs.
• Ensure study documentation is audit-ready and compliant with SOPs, GCPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Obtain informed consent and educate the research team on study procedures and monitoring.
• Travel up to 30% regionally to Javara sites or headquarters as needed.
• Escalate issues to healthcare partners and stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
