Job summary

Heartflow seeks a Clinical Trial Manager - Investigator Initiated Studies to oversee all clinical operations. You will collaborate with CR staff, onsite and field teams, coordinators, investigators and vendors to ensure studies meet timelines with high quality.

Minimum 5 years in clinical research; cardiovascular device experience a plus. Base salary range $90,000–$130,000 with a cash bonus. Equal opportunity employer and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health related field.
• Demonstrated 5 years minimum relevant experience.
• Experience managing investigator initiated studies preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular medical device clinical research a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinical study sites, documentation, vendor management, and project tasks.
• Develops trial timelines, enrollment projections, and instructional materials for trial execution.
• Leads process improvement within department and cross-functional teams, including SOP development.
• Conducts start-up activities including kick-off meetings, contract management, site onboarding and training.
• Reviews regulatory documents to ensure compliance with study requirements and GCPs.
