Job Summary

Medpace is the leading CRO for biotech companies and is expanding its Clinical Trial Management Group in Cincinnati, OH. Our focus areas include Oncology/Hematology, Cardiovascular/Metabolic, Infectious Disease, Neuroscience, and more. We recently expanded our Cincinnati campus and have offices in Dallas and Denver, offering remote flexibility for relevant experience. Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee daily project operations according to contracts, ICH/GCP, and applicable laws.
2. Act as the primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables.
3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
4. Provide cross-functional oversight and ensure project-specific training for internal team members.
5. Review and contribute to study protocol, edit check specifications, data analysis plan, and final report.
6. Develop operational project plans.
7. Manage risk assessment and execution.
8. Oversee study vendors.
9. Manage site quality, supervise Clinical Research Associates, and monitor deliverables.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience in Phases 1-4; Phases 2-3 preferred.
3. At least 5 years as a project/clinical trial manager within a CRO, required for home-based roles.
4. Strong leadership skills and project timeline management.
