Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to design and analyze clinical trials and contribute to advancing treatments. The role is onsite in McComb, MS, 2–3 times per week, offering collaboration with sponsors and regulators to ensure ethical and compliant conduct of studies.

You will coordinate patient recruitment, manage documentation, and support participants through study procedures, with opportunities for professional growth within ICON's global framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Previous experience working in clinical research or healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations, including FDA/EMA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and HIPAA requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination and execution of clinical studies, including participant recruitment and follow-up.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities to ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Collect, maintain, and document trial data, including adverse events and study outcomes.
• Manage study-related documentation, including informed consent and case report forms.
• Provide education, counseling, and assistance to study participants.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field

Experience in clinical research or healthcare settings

Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA
