Job summary

Ardelyx, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate to support our Clinical Trial Management team in California. The role involves providing operational support for clinical trials across all phases, ensuring compliance with regulations and study timelines.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and 2+ years in Clinical Operations. We offer competitive pay ranging from $86,000 to $105,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package including health plans and generous parental leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field with 2+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, clinical research or healthcare.
• Working knowledge of the clinical trial lifecycle, from protocol development through study close-out.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for assigned clinical trial(s) across all phases of the study lifecycle.
• Assist Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) with day-to-day study activities.
• Develop, maintain and reconcile study trackers for protocol deviations and enrollment metrics.

Skills

Strong organizational skills

Written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines

Experience with clinical trial systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in scientific or related field

2+ years of experience in Clinical Operations
