Overview
Premier Research is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate II to join our Functional Services Provider (FSP) team. You will help biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies transform life-changing ideas and breakthrough science into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics. What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinates logistics and planning of meetings, events, and training
- Primary lead to disseminate announcements and training materials related to clinical system updates and enhancements, as required
- Co-leads and participates in project team meetings, prepares meeting minutes, and maintains action/decision logs
- Create, maintain and provide quality checks for tracking tools and database repositories for operational data including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics
- Performs Clinical Inspection Readiness and Quality Management System activities (e.g., deviations and CAPAs)
- Reports document collection and tracking issues along with recommendations for CTA team improvements, and/or internal trainings, to functional lead and/or study team, as required
What We Are Searching For
- Bachelor’s degree, or international equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 2+ years of practical experience with clinical trial administration (e.g. in-house CRA, CTA, site administration, project coordination) preferred
- Ability to adapt and work on multiple tasks to assist study teams and/or sponsor with various tasks within clinical research
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with sponsor, study teams and vendors to achieve deadlines for tasks
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $50,000 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
