Job summary

Celerion is hiring a Clinical Training Specialist in Lincoln, NE. You will facilitate technical training for clinic associates, organize and schedule training opportunities, and track metrics to ensure procedures are followed.

The role also includes responsibilities related to clinical conduct. We expect candidates with post-high school life sciences training and either experience in a medical environment or related internal experience, plus strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Post high school education in life sciences or medical training preferred.
• At least 6 months of internal experience preferred.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating technical training for clinic associates.This individual will organize and deliver technical training, schedule upcoming training opportunities, track training metrics and ensure adherence to training procedures.Additionally, this role will continue to have responsibility for performing clinical conduct.This position requires clinical conduct experience and past experience providing training.

Qualification

• Post high school education in life sciences or medical training preferred

• Experience working in a medical environment preferred

$19.50 - $24 an hour

This is a variable status position that requires flexible working hours.
