Job summary

Celerion is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to facilitate and deliver technical training for clinic associates. You will organize training sessions, schedule upcoming opportunities, track metrics, and ensure adherence to procedures.

The role also requires clinical conduct experience and prior training delivery. This is a full-time position with day shifts in a clinical environment, supporting our translational medicine efforts.

Qualifications

• Post high school education in life sciences or medical training preferred.
• At least 6 months of internal experience preferred.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Organizational skills.
• Experience working in a medical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical training for clinic associates.
• Organize and deliver technical training, schedule training opportunities, track training metrics and ensure adherence to training procedures.
• Also responsible for performing clinical conduct as part of the role.
