What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and staff involved in community outreach
  • Collaborate with LMS Technologists to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Create and develop new training materials, including documentation and interactive activities
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for internal employees interacting with members
  • Maintain virtual room logistics for training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, and classroom management
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting, such as home care or long-term care
  • Clinical licensure required for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Social Workers (LSWs), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver training in both live and virtual environments
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and principles
  • Familiarity with training material development and management
  • Experience with care management platforms and electronic Long-Term Services & Supports (eLTSS)
