Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually
HistoSonics is a commercial-stage medtech company advancing the Edison® System, a novel non-invasive sonic beam therapy based on histotripsy. The Clinical Training Specialist is responsible for delivering and executing HistoSonics' standardized onboarding program for Clinical Regional Managers, Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Procedural Development Specialists. This role serves as the primary instructor for new hire training, leading Foundations and Advanced Training while delivering classroom education, hands‑on simulation, product training, and competency‑based learning experiences that prepare employees for successful field immersion.
Working closely with the Clinical Training Manager and cross‑functional partners, the Clinical Training Specialist ensures a consistent, scalable, and high‑quality onboarding experience by delivering standardized curriculum, evaluating learner progress, and preparing new hires for transition into the field development phase of onboarding. This position plays a critical role in accelerating new hire readiness, improving competency development, and supporting organizational growth as new products, software enhancements, and clinical indications are introduced.
