WestCare Foundation, Inc. seeks a Training Coordinator to implement and monitor the Community Based Partners training calendar, serving as technical support to providers and assisting with monthly training development in clinical practices.

The role involves disseminating training information, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring annual training schedules are maintained, while attending community events and fulfilling other duties as assigned.

• Experience providing training services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Management and administrative experience and capabilities.
• Knowledge of chemical dependency and community resources.
• Ability to effectively network with community partners.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CDCR clearance.

Mansioni

• Implement and monitor the Community Based Partners training calendar.
• Provide clinical leadership and technical assistance to sub-contractors of the STOP program.
• Research effective training opportunities and disseminate to CBP in the region.
• Participate in design and implementation of monthly trainings on specific topics.
• Maintain annual training calendar and disseminate information.
• Attend community job fairs and related events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
