About The Role

This is a high-impact, creative role at the intersection of clinical science and education, where your expertise will directly shape how investigational site teams around the world learn to support patients receiving the BiVACOR Total Artificial Heart. • Build and manage content within the Learning Management System (LMS), including assessments and completion tracking
  • Develop and maintain the LMS backend infrastructure and support rollout of training modules
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions across time zones for site initiation and ongoing education
  • Develop training materials including quick-reference guides and video content
  • Track site staff training compliance and elevate gaps to the Sr. Clinical Research Manager
  • Collaborate with Field Clinical Specialists and Biomedical Engineers to align training content with field protocols
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in clinical education, instructional design, or training program management in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research environment
