Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy seeks a Director of Clinical Training to design and oversee expert-level clinical training across regions. You will ensure onboarding, competency-based training, and ongoing professional development for clinical services teammates, aligning with BACB standards.

Lead the Clinical Residency and Fieldwork Program, supervise BCBAs, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with executives to scale standardized curricula while enabling career growth for all staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs and BCBA trainees.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel ~40% and obtain licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee Bloomwell's clinical training programs.
• Ensure onboarding, competency-based training, and ongoing professional development.
• Lead Clinical Residency and Fieldwork Program with supervision per BACB standards.
• Develop standardized training systems across regions and clinics.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and leadership to align curriculum.
