How You’ll Make An Impact

Therapists treat clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders within a family-driven and trauma-informed framework. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups in outpatient settings.
  • Performing diagnostic assessments to determine eligibility for mental health services.
  • Responding appropriately to crisis situations and screening client needs promptly.
Requirements
What You’ll Need
Clinical Trainee
  • Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Working towards licensure as an LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT.
  • Clearance from DHS and sexual exploitation screening.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Mental Health Professional
  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Licensed as an LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
  • Clearance from DHS and sexual exploitation screening.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
What Will Set You Apart
  • Two years’ experience in outpatient therapy.
  • Medicare Eligible Provider.
  • Experience with SPMI, ARMS, ACT Team, TCM, or community-based services.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents aged 6+.
  • A passion for community-based mental health.
  • Flexibility to meet clinic and client needs.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
Summary
Compensation
  • Unlicensed Therapist Target Range: $55,000-$65,000 (based on degree, licensure, and experience).
  • Licensed Therapist Target Range: $70,000-$75,000 (based on degree, licensure, and experience).
  • Additional bonuses for exceeding impact targets.
