Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is seeking a full time Clinician for our Transitional Housing Program in the Concord area. This role provides clinical services in a day treatment program, including individual and group therapy, within a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field, with licensure preferred or license eligibility. Benefits include medical plans, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, retirement match, and more.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical services in a day treatment program setting.
• Offer individual and group therapy for consumers whose mental illness can also be compromised by substance use, developmental deficits, neurological impairments, major illnesses and legal constraints.
• Act in a team leadership role for a multidisciplinary treatment team, development of treatment plans, assessments, crisis management, coordination of therapeutic service and supervision of a clinical case manager.
