Summary

PM Pediatrics Health Care is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Behavioral Health Teletherapy Program. This role provides comprehensive behavioral health services for common primary care conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders through teletherapy in an extended virtual primary care collaborative model. The position also involves supervision responsibilities.

Founded in 2006, PM Pediatrics is the nation’s largest pediatric urgent care provider and a growing telehealth company dedicated to meeting the physical, behavioral, and psychosocial needs of children.

Compensation: Starting salary at $85,000+ with benefits

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments following evidence-based practices
• Supervise LMSWs
• Provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Demonstrate competency as an individual, family, and group therapist
• Maintain professional development as required by licensing boards
• Complete documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• Collaborate with patients, families, and team members to address treatment obstacles
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Show cultural competency and commitment
• Respond promptly to urgent or emergent needs
• Manage a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly, with a minimum of 5 patients daily
• Hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Accumulate at least 3,000 hours of post-Master’s social work experience for licensure
• MUST have pediatric and adolescent patient experience
