Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field from a national university with a relevant major.
• Licensing as Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, or Professional Counselor (LCSW, LCPC).
• Two or more years of direct mental health care supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based mental health services.
• Provide professional direction to a multidisciplinary team delivering active treatment.
• Maintain fiscal, administrative, and clinical supervision of staff and interns.
• Collaborate with administration, providers, and facility teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in CQI efforts, shaping policies and service delivery standards.
