As an LPC/LSW, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notchAddiction Recovery and Mental Health services to clients in Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Stay abreast of state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health counseling.
• Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Ohio State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)or(LSW) Licensed social worker.
