The position offers an hourly pay range of $55.28 to $69.56 based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in a relevant therapy field.
• State licensure in therapy field (if applicable).
• 1-3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.

Responsibilities

• As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to our residents to help them reach their highest potential in their daily living activities.
• You will assess each resident's physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, develop and implement personalized therapy programs, and work alongside the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best care.
• Your role will be integral in improving the quality of life for residents through physical, occupational, speech, or recreational therapy based on your specialty.
