The role provides psychological and social interventions to support patients and families dealing with behavioral health, hospitalization, and recovery goals. The candidate should have an MSW or Counseling master’s degree, at least two years post-licensure, and strong teamwork, communication, and computer skills to contribute to care planning

Qualifications

• Must hold MSW or Master’s in Counseling.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure experience.
• Ability to perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention theory and practice.
• Ability to work in a team and build collaborative relationships.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients using various modalities as part of the multidisciplinary clinical treatment team.
