The role involves developing treatment plans, assessing psychosocial needs, and coordinating care with licensed clinicians to support recovery and wellness within the care continuum. Strong communication and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling or related fields.
• 0-3 years of total work experience in Social Work or related fields.
• Work under supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with approved clinical supervision or ACS credential.
• Ability to perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention theory and its application in various settings.
• Knowledge of disease management and differential diagnosis and treatment techniques.
• Ability to work as part of a team, while building collaborative relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Suite).

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• EPS Department Specific Certification:
  • Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) certification, or completion required during new hire orientation.
• Carrier Clinic Specific Certification:
  • Handle with Care certification, or completion required during new hire orientation.
