Job summary

Community Solutions for Children, Families, and Individuals is seeking a Therapist I – Community Support in Morgan Hill, CA. You will conduct screenings, assessments, and evidence-based therapy with individuals and families across Santa Clara and San Benito Counties.

The role involves home visits, school-based services, crisis support, and collaboration with county systems. Requires a Master’s degree and CA licensure or registration pathways; five days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Experience coordinating with county services and contracts.
• Bilingual and bicultural preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening, intake and assessments to determine client needs and develop treatment goals.
• Provide intensive individual, family and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, case management and referrals.
• Complete detailed program documents and maintain charts per regulations.
• Develop collaborative relationships with community organizations and providers.
