Job summary

CMU Health is actively recruiting a Clinical Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Michigan. This full-time position requires a licensed clinician committed to ethical, evidence-based care within a supportive and mission-driven environment.

You will handle a full caseload, perform intakes and assessments, and collaborate with medical professionals to deliver coordinated care. The role emphasizes patient-centered therapy and growth within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LLP, or LP preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in mental health counseling.
• Evidence-based care with DSM-5 standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time clinical caseload (up to 40 hours/week) with 60-minute therapy visits.
• Conduct mental health intakes, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
• Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in alignment with DSM-5 standards.
