Alpas Wellness is seeking a Clinical Therapist to plan and coordinate treatment for in-patient substance use disorder patients. The role involves developing evidence-based, person-centered plans and coordinating with medical and psychiatric teams to support recovery.

Ideal candidates hold Maryland licensure/credential for addiction counseling, with 1–3 years in behavioral health and a strong focus on confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and collaboration with families and Treatment Navigators.

Qualificações

• Must hold valid Maryland licensure or credential for Drug and Alcohol Counseling.
• LCPC/LCADC/LSW or LCSW preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in behavioral healthcare serving diverse populations.
• Knowledge of case management and medically assisted treatment options.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients' mental and physical health and readiness for treatment.
• Develop treatment goals and plans, including education on MAT options.
• Collaborate with families and other resources on the medical/psychiatric team.
• Refer to additional services and aftercare coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide culturally competent care.
