Southwest Network is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide strength-based, short-term and solution-focused counseling to children, teens, caregivers and adults in a collaborative team setting.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, coordination with the Child and Family Team, and delivering individual, family and group sessions, with ongoing supervision and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• Licensure through the Board of Behavioral Examiners, preferred
• Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications
• Must maintain a valid Arizona state fingerprint clearance card
• Must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Knowledge of the DSM-5 and ICD-10 codes; psychotropic medications; crisis intervention
• Ability to maintain excellent member and family relationships and customer service
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication
• Organizational, time management and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; internet navigation

Responsibilities

• Provide strength-based short-term and solution-focused counseling for children, adolescents, caregivers and adults.
• Provide individual, family and group interventions as identified by the clinical team.
• Provide crisis interventions and clinical consultation for Southwest Network staff and teams.
