TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC seeks a dedicated Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in Rio Rancho, NM. The role involves psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and coordinating care across office, home, and community settings.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree (or Doctorate) in a related field and current NM licensure or eligibility, with strong assessment and communication skills and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in a health field applicable to behavioral health.
• Licensure in NM (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) or eligibility.
• Experience in behavioral health or community mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Deliver services in office, home, and community-based settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation per BHSD standards.
