SOL Mental Health in Wisconsin invites licensed clinicians to join our collaborative team. We offer a guaranteed base with hourly-based incentives and a robust benefits package to support professional care and growth.

Eligible licenses include NY LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC, with experience in direct clinical care and strong clinical judgment. Be part of an integrated care model with referral and admin support, guiding patients across adulthood and youth.

Qualifications

• Must have active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience delivering direct clinical care to clients.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication.
• Interest in collaborative, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to patients.
• Work with adults, and/or children and young adults.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
